Chapter 10 by Garc Garc

Which seat will Hermione choose?

Harry's Lap

Giving in, Hermione gave a blushing thanks as she quietly rose from her seat and tried to settle into her classmate's lap.

"Mmp." she squeaked out as she immediately felt something stiff poke against her butt. She had clearly forgotten to press down her skirt before moving so she was left feeling it press directly against her wedged in knickers. She shifted slightly in and effort to move the shape somewhere just a little more pleasing, causing Harry to grunt lightly.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you." The normally so confident girl stammered out as she realized what she had been doing. For the last few months since getting her letter, she had been consumed with nothing but the idea of learning everything there was to know about magic. Now that she was here though, she was what? Thinking about nothing but how to press her stupidly big rump up against one of her classmate's tight, swelling, lap? Her shame redoubled as she realized that once again, she had gotten caught up in her thoughts and was back to wriggling in place. This time right on top of Harry's growing tent.

"It's alright Hermione. Just get comfortable," he said awkwardly as she ceased moving. His hands had splayed out to the side as if he couldn't figure out wear to put them with her perched on top of him. "Here, let me help."

Seeing her worried face, he finally placed one hand on her waist and clasped the other around her upper thigh. With a small grunt, Harry pulled her bum tightly into his lap. The result saw her cheeks firmly held against his belt buckle and her now defined camel-toe sealed to his bulge. Biting her lip and closing her eyes, Hermione breathed in slowly as she resolved to herself that she would. Not. Moan.

Finally relaxing and opening her eyes, she was met with the smirks of both Weasely twins who had been watching her efforts the whole time.

""Good kitty."" they praised.

"Mmmmm!"

Thankfully, whatever sounds she had made out of embarrassment were quickly drowned out as the table erupted into cheers around her. Another witch, this one only lightly blushing, hopped off the chair and headed over to join the Gryffindor table. Though, Hermione noted, she didn't seem to have any trouble sitting herself down on the wooden seat.

Finally comfortable and with the twin's attention no longer on her, the unfortunate girl was finally able to return her focus to the sorting. She was begrudgingly pleased that the sorting hat at least put some of the girls through their paces before deciding. The Patil siblings for instance, were each tested for both Ravenclaw and Gryffindor as well. In this case though, only Parvati joined Gryffindor while Padma joined Ravenclaw.

At last, Lavender walked up as the last witch to be sorted. The confidant girl seemed to sit happily through being tested with two harsh smacks from a bath brush before the hat ultimately switched to a leather paddle. Apparently pleased with the result, the hat belted out one last "GRYFFINDOR" before falling limp for the year.

Happily rushing over amidst the Gryffindors' cheers, Lavender headed straight toward's where Hermione and the other sat. Without a hint of doubt, the brunette plopped herself down on Ron's lap before giggling cheekily nodding towards Hermione.

"I see you already found the best seat of the house little Miss Moany."

"Oi, no one told you to sit there." Protested the lazy redhead as Lavender interrupted his snacking.

"But it's sooo much comfier than the bench. If you really hate it, I guess you'll just have to take it out on my bum later Won-Won," she giggled coquettishly.

"Won-Won?" he asked in bewilderment. Finally, he gave a resigned shake of his head and tried to reach for another pastry.

Hermione suppressed a laugh at his plight. Served the rude boy right.

'Besides,' she thought, 'Lavender is right about one thing. This is much better than the bench.'

Where to next?
