Hanging out on the first floor

You find Jack on the first floor, in the same spot where you met up the second day. He looks somewhat stressed and you consider not bringing it up. But you know you need to. He needs to know you trust him enough to at least ask, even if he doesn't want to share a heat just yet.

You approach and he smiles at you when he sees you. "Hey beautiful." he says, kissing you softly when you get close.

"Good morning handsome." you say, somehow able to hide your nervousness, "Are you okay?"

He sighs. "Can we talk?" he asks, "Somewhere a bit more... private?"

You nod. You had wanted to ask him the same thing. "Lead the way." you say, taking his hand.
