Hal's messages

Curman raised his eyes. "You checked your texts yet? You said you had unread ones right?"

snap!

"That should do it." Hal grinned approvingly to himself.

The humming boy stuffed his freshly showered penis back into his pants as he grabbed a backpack.

Oh that's right. He remembered the other texts he got, and with an indifferent brow, looked at his phone. He slid the screen to the messages below Penelope's newest morning greeting.

BOO-H00 STU:
hal something urgent came up!
hal u there?
soory hal... but dont say i didn't wwarn u!

Hal moved down. The other two were unnamed contacts, and like Stu's text, dated from the earlier night.

UNNAMED CONTACT #1:
Hal you fucker! Stop harassing my sis or youll be hospitalized by your next jerk-off session!

UNNAMED CONTACT #2:
this hal? cuz im coming for you u freak

For a moment, Hal remained silent.

Then, in a ray of enlightenment, he brightened. "I know what I could do. I could take the Coyeaux's kid's bike." He nodded distractedly. "That should get me to school on time, and with minutes to spare, too. Take that, Ms. Bitchley..." He had already dropped his phone back into his pockets mid-sentence as he slung his backpack over his shoulders and left for school, humming a familiar theme tune.

"Hold on," Curman grabbed Hal, "so you still sent Penelope a dick pic!?"

"Aw, what's wrong Curman?" Hal shoved him off with a grin. "If you wanted one, you shoulda asked!"

"Damn," the resigned boy sighed with lids over his eyes, "you can't be helped sometimes, can you?"

"Unlike you, I have a strict code," Hal mocked. "And if I say I'm sending you a dick pick Monday morning, you're getting it!"

"Whatever, Hal." Curman faced a hand upward. "And if you just read those damn texts, which were obviously the Vans brothers', or even replied to Stu, you might've -- "

Curman sighed as Hal flicked a booger from his nose and wiped his finger on the wall.
