Gwen tries to run away

During the night, you can occasionally hear the two women arguing. The words are unclear, but you can guess the topic of conversation. An hour or two passes, and you think you can hear Lea beating down Gwen with her words. The yelling eventually stops, and you do your best to stay awake for the night.

Another hour or two of boredom passes before you hear a noise. You were focusing all your attention away from the shelter that you barely notice a squeak from a door behind you. A couple steps over to a corner of the building, and you can see into an alley, where a side door to the building exists. As the door creaks open, Gwen appears, and she's carrying a bag that seems too full for scavenging purposes. You also think that if Gwen were leaving Lea would have told you to either let her pass, or she would have one of you accompany her.

When Gwen checks to see if anyone is around she spots your head peeking around the corner. She then gives up any chance of subtlety and bolts away from you down the alley. You decide to give chase. With the added weight of the backpack, and what had happened to her earlier in the night, she didn't stand a chance of outrunning you, and manage to shove her into a wire fence a couple buildings down.

Gwen struggles for a little while, dropping her bag in the process. You slowly manage to pin her arms above her head, and spin her so she is facing you. When she sees the determined look on your face she gives up the struggle, and mutters a quiet 'please'.
