Guard Duty Assist

You decided to head to the village entrance where Elise, Lyon and Wes all were having small talk when you stepped in. The Helioisk makes a small smile while the Pyroar looked away and crossed his arms obviously not impressed with the story of you passing the first trial. With Wes he walked over and gave you a pat on the back. "That's a good start you have there." You nod and giggle a bit before letting out a sigh. "It wasn't easy getting past that maze." Elise giggled as she walked over to Lyon, whispered into his ear and leaves to another part of the entrance wall. The muscular lion blinked a few times and shuddered a bit before he followed the lizard.

Wes stared into your eyes with his own. "Did you had doubts in there?" You nod a few times as a tear started to form. "...I saw my mother in there... But she turned out to be an illusion... I almost believed that she was there... I really wanted to..." Wes moved close to you and carefully wipes the tear off before it could fall. "I know it's very hard to go on without your parents... Trust me, I've been there myself." You remained silent as you gaze into his red eyes. "I never knew my father but I keep hearing him from my mom of how much he cared... He gave his life to ensure I was born. I wanted to see him for myself but when the infection... No, that dark voice called out... Dark figures would often chase me... I... wasn't very strong and... and..." He couldn't finish his sentence as tears were forming from his eyes... You moved closer to him to give a soft hug. "I guess we both miss our parents..." The Tyranitar nods as he embraces your hug and you blush slightly. "I... didn't think you have this side of you Wes." The dark/rock type chuckled a bit as he nuzzled you. "You should know better than to judge a book by its cover." You nod a few times as your hug went on for a minute before ending it. Wes dries his tears and take a deep breath "If I want to be strong for both of my parents I knew I had to get stronger. So I decided to train and when I figured I could swallow foes whole I added that to my training. Needless to say it helped a lot but that Aggron was a bit tougher than I thought. The Scythers in that forest were a bit tougher though." You smile and give Wes a kiss on his cheek. "I'm so glad to have you with us~" The Tyranitar's face turned pink after hearing that. "Aw shucks Zeke. I'd do anything for you." You keep your smile and blush lightly after hearing that. The rest of the day comes to end as you stay by Wes' side with guard duty.
