Greet the sniper.

Alex walked casually toward the dirty sniper, dressed in camo pants, and a fish net t shirt. His clothing was odd, but maybe they just made do. Waving the former commander flagged the man down, startling him.

“Hey buddy, I'm sure you saw my plane...” Alex said as he began approaching the man. Spitting out his cigarette the guy lifted his sniper rifle. Not bothering to take aim he pulled the trigger, and a thunder clap issued, as he fired off the mark, causing the soldier to duck, startled.

Alex was well aware of his surroundings. Near bye lay a piece of sheet metal propped against a barricade. Just ahead of it, was an old out house, that would give him the ability to flank the loose cannon.
