Grab her legs with your hands.

You swing back and grab her legs. This catches her off guard, and she grabs onto you to prevent from being pulled down. She grabs so hard, that she pulls you loose from the ceiling and you land on top of her, knocking her out.

You take the chance to break free, and go out the door upstairs to your escape.
