Gotta is a perverted Gennin Orphan that just graduated from the Ninja Academy and hated the demon brat. But as a result of his graduation he was ready to put his plan into action. Which was using the jutsu Brain Bleach that he learned from a real old scroll. According to the scroll it had the jutsu would erase the mind of a person leaving them with no idea as to who they are. As a result they would believe anything the caster told them and accept that as their identity. Now all he need to do was find his first target.
