Gotham City
You arrive in Gotham City at night. You find a cop car and listen to the radio. There are happening all around you. A jewel thief at the museum, an environmental activist planning something at the botanic gardens and a mad woman holding hostages in a bank. You could go deal with one of these, or meet up with the local heroes to learn more.
