You arrive in Gotham City at night. You're on a rooftop. You can sense crimes happening all around you. You can sense the mind of a jewel thief at the museum, an environmental activist planning something at the botanic gardens and a mad woman holding hostages in a bank. You could go deal with one of these, or meet up with the local heroes to learn more.
