Go to the mall

You feel quite refreshed after your sleep on Cindy's rug, and although you had fucked her last night eventually, you have your morning wood and feel like a nice friendly round two. This time you would even wake her up for it! Unfortunately she's gone. You look out the window, at least the rain's gone off, so a naked barefoot walk of a couple of miles probably wont kill you. then you think about it.

Cindy's car. You had to push past it on her drive, a little 6 year old hatchback, but hey it beats walking.

It takes you a couple of minutes to find the keys and soon you are off and motoring. You wonder, is there is any point in going home for clothes? Why don't you just hit the mall and pick up some decent new gear. Along the way, you pass 1 or 2 pedestrians, women standing motionless in the sidewalk, one with hand extended as if to hold someone else's no longer there, but not many. A few cars were parked on the street too. Presumably heading somewhere when the aliens visited but like their drivers now held static in time. You pass a police car, the only occupant a policewoman in the passenger side just before the mall, presumably the driver was male and un-needed by the aliens. You think about her briefly but drive on. She would be here waiting on you whenever you decided to return for her.

The mall was a bust! Locked and deserted. Of course, the sampling had taken place during the night! Even though the sun was up now, everyone here was locked at something like 1am. Shit. Oh well, with that you turn and take a second glance, slowing down at the police car. The passenger actually looks quite pretty, if severe in full uniform, her blonde hair pinned up inside her hat.
