Go through the door.

Curious you slowly open the door, and see a narrow set of stairs leading down. Being barefoot you are able to sneak downstairs, but hear slight creaks in the old steps. There is a landing with 3 doors. The two on the side have double sided locks, but the one in the middle has two dead bolts. You twist them slowly trying to be quiet, and open the door.

There is a massive BDSM Dungeon beyond the door. You sneak in, and see cages, bondage horses, and other BDSM implements. You hear a chain rattle and look to your right. There is a throne with a grate just in front of it. A rubber hooded head pops up through a square in the grate and startles you.
