Go outside

You put your book down on your bedside table. As you rise, you feel the pee inside you shift, and gravity makes your need to pee ever greater.

You walk down the stairs and into your house's small garden. How about watering the plants a bit? Your mom's beloved rose bush looks like it could use some water.

Or maybe freshen up the lawn a bit? The warm summer weather has dried it and made the grass a brown-yellow tone.
