Go for quick yardage with a pass

You know you can't count on your offensive line to hold off the Raiders' secondary for long, and the ache in the side reminds you that you're not up to scrambling out of the pocket.

So you call a pass play to try and get some yardage.

You take the snap, step back and fake a handoff, then drop back to the side and look for your receivers. Choosing your deepest receiver, you pull back your arm. There's suddenly a Raider at your side. As you fire off the pass, he bumps your elbow, but the throw seems to go true. You end up on the ground, but you seem to be OK.

You hear a whistle. The pass was complete, and the ball looks to be down at your 32, a first down. But there's a flag on the play. A penalty.
