After giving it a little more thought, you realized that it wouldn’t be a smart move to just leave worrying about what happened to your body for later. With that in mind, you put your mom’s clothes back on her body, unlocked the door, and started moving through the house. You were on the way to your bedroom, when you were stunned into stopping. There, moving down the hallway, was your body. It was so odd, because your mom was almost a full foot shorter than you were, and now you were having to look up to meet your old body’s eyes. A weird flutter went through your body as you met the eyes of what should have been your body. “Oh, uh, hi Mom,” was all your body said, before blushing and walking past you, towards the kitchen.
Okay, you realized. Apparently, you lucked out. Not only was your body not just slumped over where you’d left it, it also didn’t have your mom’s consciousness in it. But, would your mom remember things you do when you’re her as things she did? That...had some interesting potential. Quickly hatching a plan, you went into your bedroom, grabbed your personal keyring, opened the window, then threw it out. That done, you rubbed the ring and thought of your own body, and suddenly you were back in your more familiar college body. You were also in the kitchen. You shivered, this was so weird, but you had to see what the result of your experiment was. You walked over to your bedroom, and found your mom exiting it. “Hey, Mom, have you seen my keys? I can’t find them.”
Recognition lit up in your mom’s eyes, and with a blush she admitted, “Oh, well, I actually just threw them out the window.” Heart racing, your eyes widened, and your mom must have taken that as surprise and shock, so she quickly explained, “I’m sorry honey, I thought you were heading outside and had forgotten them, so it would be faster for me to get them to you like that. It was quite silly of me, really...” She turned away from you, and you quickly used the ring to possess her once more. Back in your mom’s body, you began to get excited at the possibilities. So, whatever you did as your mom, she’d think was something she did, and come up with a reason for it. That made things, somehow, even more interesting
