Jessica was lead down the street, the nude blonde teenager kept her head down in shame of her humiliation. "As for you Blonde Bimbo, you are under arrest for so many counts of indecent exposure and public lewdness I'm not even sure how many." The other officer said.

"Excuse me miss, how about a picture of the hero of the hour with the suspect for tomorrow's paper?" Jessica's paled as she saw a man with an expensive looking camera. No doubt a reporter of some kind. "How about you stand next to Bimbo while holding her leash?"

"Of course!" Candice said, drinking in the praise as she stood next to the naked blonde.

Jessica wanted to run, but knew it was hopeless at this point.

"Get Blonde Bimbo to look at the camera." The report said as he pointed his camera. Jessica felt a jerk on her leash. "Look and smile Bimbo!" Candice said with a threatening look.

Jessica looked right into the camera and did her best smile. Candice posed next to her, holding the leash firmly in an upraised hand, a look of triumph on her face. The camera flashed.

"And that's perfect!" The reporter said. "I can see the headlines for tomorrow already. "Hero teen captures serial exhibitionist. Blonde Bimbo behind bars.".

"Make sure you don't censor too much now, this slut wants to be seen, she can be seen by the whole town!"

"Ha! I'll see what I can do." The reporter said with a grin.

Jessica was then lead away by the two police officers who didn't even attempt to remove her collar, leash, or ziptie. One last video was uploaded to the internet titled BLONDE BIMBO ARRESTED. It showed off Jessica's naked body, as well as a good look at her face, as she was put into the police car.

Why did things end up this way? She just wanted to go home to get clothes.
