Getting those party details

"Don't you guys ever think about anything other than boys?" Kyle asked as they walked out towards the car.

"Don't you ever think about boys?" Darla asked.

"Uh..." Kyle stammered as his mind wandered back to last nights dream.

"Oh, calm down, girl!" Darla laughed. "I'm kidding!"

"Right..." Kyle muttered as he pulled out his phone while he sat down in the back seat, with Melissa joining him while Robin and Darla were up front.

He opened up to Rob's number and started to type. Melissa looked over his shoulder and scoffed in response.

"You really are clueless." Melissa grabbed the phone and started quickly typing. After a few moments, there was a buzz and Melissa quickly typed again.

"What are you saying?" Kyle tried to grab the phone back, but Melissa evaded, holding it away from Bambi as she typed.

"Ooh!" Melissa exclaimed. "That's a nice part of town!"

"Come on, Melissa!" Kyle threw all his diminished strength into grabbing, but Melissa still pushed him back.

"I'll give it back after I get a picture. Now pucker up and look cute." Said Melissa.

Not seeing any other way to get his phone back and afraid of what she might text next Kyle did as she ask puckering his lips in any exaggerated kiss as Melissa snapped the picture.

"Here you go," Melissa tossed the phone back once she was done.

Kyle checked the conversation, which read:

"When are you gonna give me the deets for the party? Or do you not want a chance to see me again?" "Bambi" had typed.

"Saturday night, party starts at 8pm." Rob responded, along with the address. "Wear something cute."

"Can't wait!" "Bambi" responded, along with the picture she made him take.

"See, that wasn't so bad, was it?" Melissa asked.

"I guess not." Kyle sighed.

"Well, we better get a move on, we only have a few days to figure out what we're wearing. And you know what that means..." Darla sing-songily said.

"More shopping!" Darla, Melissa and Robin exclaimed in unison.

"Yaaay." Kyle weakly said.
