Get some more information on the disease

It has been a while since we last checked the news for any information on that sex zombie plague. So, we turned on the television and watched one of the big news channels.

The report is bad. Sex zombies have started appearing in the county. There are reports of infected mothers **** their sons, infected sons **** their sisters, infected daughters **** their fathers, and infected fathers **** their entire families. They are apprehended as quickly as possible, but a few people got **** before that. There is also no telling just how many people they have infected. For those it is just waiting until the symptoms start showing. The politicians of course say there is no reason to panic. Look, I get it, they are trying to prevent chaos from breaking out. But they could at least put in an effort by trying to tell us just how safe we are.

The next report has new information about the effects of the virus on a woman’s body. Apparently, the hormonal imbalance caused by the virus can cause a woman to ovulate when no ovulation is supposed to happen. Some infected women have been seen ovulating just before their period, other immediately after. The worst is when the infected woman is supposed to ovulate. When that happens, they natural ovulation gets supercharged and they release between 2 and 4 eggs. Add to that their sex craze and they are bound to end up with fraternal twins, triplets or quadruplets.

I really hope Athena is not already infected. Imagine that tomorrow of three days from now she gets a second ovulation this month. That would be horrible. We may have to go back to condoms anyways.

We then check a different channel. The news anchors there say the whole disease is a hoax by politicians who lost in the previous election. That all of the supposed sex zombies are actually rapists who are pretending they are sex zombies. Really? Thousands of people in dozens of different countries are pretending to be sex zombies? This is bullshit. I don’t even know why we’re checking this news channel.

Lastly, we check a local new channel to see if there is anything happening nearby. Sadly, there is a report of 1 person being infected. Apparently, there was a 28-year-old woman in a club last night. That alone already shocked us. There were clear instructions that our state had gone into lockdown. Clubs are supposed to be closed. But apparently there were some club owners who felt they could just override the law. Anyways, at some point during the party, the infected woman started showing symptoms. Athena then hugs me and says, “They are just overhyping it, Kyle. That’s how they draw viewers and turn a profit. We’ll make it through just fine.”
