Naruto got up and went to get the Sex Note. "Oh? What will you do next Master?" Sakura asked, curious, and eager to be his test subject if he wanted to use it on her. She sat up before crawling to him as he sat against the wall, and began to stroke his shaft.

He opened the Sex Note, and said, "Well, I'm going to bring Sasuke back and having him hook up with you for a bit, even if it's temporary, it will depend on you two. Now that I know his face, I can use him for the Sex Note… though I sadly can't use it to kill old Snakey, but who knows, maybe Sasuke will do it on his way back…"

Sakura's heart soared in happiness at the idea of having Sasuke back. Sure, she loved fucking her Master, and loved him in a sort of affectionate way, just not a romantic one, and her feelings for Sasuke still had not faded… though it admittedly raised questions as to what she saw in him. Then again, love wasn't exactly the most rational of emotions.

She gave his shaft a lick, and asked, "Hey… can that Note swap a person's gender?"

"Actually, yes, I gave myself a female form," Naruto chuckled, moaning as her tongue stroked his rod some more. "Same as my Sexy Jutsu form actually."

"…maybe you could use it to give him an attractive female form too?" she purred, looking up at him with Puppy Dog- …er, Kitten Cat? eyes.

"…I never considered that," Naruto realized. He actually did have to wonder what Sasuke would look like as a chick. "Why do you want me to do that though?"

"Oh, you know… I've had my bisexual side awakened by the Note…" Sakura blushed. "Having some fun with Sasuke as a girl from time to time would be great… plus, if you made Sasuke's female form your **** too, I could share this joy with him… or would it be her at that point?" she wondered.

"…you'd literally treat having a threesome with me and Sasuke as a date with him?" Naruto teased her, and she blushed, but nodded as she took his shaft into her mouth.

"…alright, I actually like that idea, and besides, he could use the humility…" Naruto chortled, and began to write in the Note, "Sasuke Uchiha will wake up in the morning, having changed into an attractive female version of himself. This will be assumed by him, Kabuto Yakushi and Orochimaru as some freak side effect of a **** or jutsu used to increase Sasuke's power. They will partially cure it within a week, giving Sasuke the ability to swap genders at will, but by this point, Sasuke's brain will have permanently rewired into that of a girl's. Regardless, he, now she, will decide to escape from Orochimaru and return to the Hidden Leaf Village, deciding she can best find Itachi Uchiha by returning to the same team as Naruto Uzumaki, who is still a target of Itachi's. By this point, she will be fully bisexual, and gain an attraction to Naruto, and start finding herself fantasizing about him whenever she's not paying attention. Even so, she will start up a relationship with Sakura Haruno, which will get physical, but where it goes or how long it lasts will be up to them."

He closed the book and grunted as Sakura brought him off and he came in her mouth.
