Gathering the rest...

Of course Courtney couldn't fit everyone in her Mustang. Especially with Jeremy in her car with her. And she wasn't going to drop him off at his truck, because she enjoyed his proximity. And then there was Bridgett in the back, so she decided to call the rest of her friends.

Georgia Washington (Her father was the History Teacher at school, and was a big Revolutionary War buff) was, as usual, with Aimee Chen. She always suspected that they were more than friends, but unlike the most of the rest of the school she never said anything about it. To each their own is what she believed. And as one of the only black girls and the only Korean girl in the school, of course they'd gravitate to each other. They were different...but not when they were with each other.

Carla was willing and she said she'd bring her mystery boyfriend. She said he'd finally agreed to say frig everyone and make it officially known. From a viewers standpoint she had money on her boyfriend being Jeremy's neighbor Adam. They were almost always seen giving each other googly eyes. And she almost got into a fist fight with Jason when he was teasing him a little harder than usual two months back.

After that she called Sharon. Sharon picked up right away. "Courtney! Oh!! Thank you for calling me...I am sooooo sorry I did what I did...I didn't..."

"Shhh...I know. You didn't know. I understand that and I forgive you. It's my own fault." Courtney heard a sob from the phone, "Hey now, no crying, Sharon."

"I never ever want to hurt you. I swear!"

"I know that. I really do. It was just a reaction, and I truly regret it, Sharon. I really do. Listen..." Courtney said, then told her about the seminar. "You want to come?"

"I'm already on the way, Jeremy's aunt came by and...well...I'm on the way."

"So I don't have to pick you up, okay, then we're heading there now." Courtney said.

"I'll see you there...I want to apologize in person." Sharon said and hung up.
