Futanari Dominate.

The demon decided that for this universe he was going to do something a little different. He manipulated the universe so that everyone in it had an incredibly high sex drive and he made sex much less taboo people would have sex anywhere and when they wanted and no one would bat an eye at them. To start he made all women bisexual as well as incredibly aggressive when it came to sex. He also changed it so that men were submissive to women and would do what ever they wanted. But the biggest change was what he did to the women he changed it so that women were no longer born with just a vagina from now on they would be born with both sexes a vagina and a penis and balls above said vagina effectively making them all futanari.

Satisfied with all the changes that he made to the world the demon sat back and watched this new universe unfold before his eyes. Now all he needed to do was figure out who he was going to watch as well as when and where he would watch them.
