From bad to worse

The car ride is stressful for you, Theresa has stopped whimpering and holding her head but seems rather dazed. You get to the hospital and a nurse rushes back out with you to the car and helps get Theresa into a wheelchair.

You start to relax as a couple of nurses fuss over her head and check vitals. Mom follows them to the back to help answer questions and you get lead over to the front desk to fill out some paperwork.

You finally get everything filled out and pass over the completed forms and insurance cards. you stand around awkwardly waiting for someone to tell you something.

You frown a bit as you see the guard listen to something on his radio and then stare at you. you are starting to get uncomfortable when a well dressed woman comes storming out of the corridor and walks right up to you. "How dare you! we are not a veterinary hospital! We treat people here, real people! I don't care how much you have damaged your toys, you aren't going to trick us into fixing your mistakes!"

You flinch backwards from this furious onslaught and you see Theresa leaning on mom and a female nurse as they shuffle their way towards the door. "You will be fined for this! You have wasted our valuable resources." She gives you a **** glare as you frantically try and think of a way out of this.
