It was a normal morning. Bright sunshine, birds singing outside. Helen doing her morning yoga. Although the yoga outfit was a lot sexier than normal. Almost shiny black leggings and a figure hugging cropped top left nothing to the imagination. As she finished up, I sat at the kitchen counter watching over the bar.

"What's on your mind?" as she stood up, she looked over at me.

"I am thinking you look unbelievably sexy."

"As you should. What else"

"I am wondering how I get out of this cage"

"Well Rachel has the key. She'll be in today so I suggest that you go over and see her and ask her to let you out."

"Seriously?"

"Seriously, I gave her your key and I am going to let her decide when you are to be released. Although she may want something in return" Helen smirked as she turned and walked out. "I'll tell her you will be there at 1. Don't be early and piss her off."
