Nemesis had decided to re-create the Ginyu special forces, sadly though.
He had to settle for humans for now. And if the humans were to rebel against her, she would simply kill them and search for others, total.
She was on the planet of humans so there were many she could replace them with.
However, Nemesis wondered for what purpose she would use her new Ginyu special forces.
