Chapter 6 by dangerslut dangerslut

There's no way Emma is getting in.

Forget this place.

The guy a the door doesn't look like anyone we want to negotiate with or sneak by. I'm starting to get tired, but for some reason we agree to try some place around the corner.

It's harder to find because it's tucked down in a basement. We get a lot of looks walking in, but nobody asks for ID or anything. It's exactly not what we expected though. There are a handful of tables and some booths by the wall. It looks like there's a door to a dance floor past the bar. A bunch of guys are playing pool in one corner.

All of that's normal. So is the bad lighting and shoddy janitorial work. I just don't think that I've ever been one of the only white people in a bar.

We walk across the room.
