Forget the drinks, sell Lucy! (GAME OVER)

The Stall Owner thought for a moment before suddenly reaching out to grab Virgo's hand, pulling her in to question her once again.

"Hey, anything..." He said in a hushed tone. "I mean anything, right?...It's not like you care either."

"I don't care." She replied in the same tone. "I am at the mercy of Lucy, who is at the mercy of you, as I stated."

"Perfect..." He let go of Virgo, pushing her a bit so she stumbled a bit in front of Lucy. "Well, Lucy, my darling, I'm afraid this is where we have to say good bye...you see, I have a pretty big loan I need to pay off, and the only way I'm ever going to get enough money to pay it off will be to sell you as a sex ****."

"Oh no..." Lucy said, sounding a little disappointed. She was nowhere in the right mindset to comprehend what he was saying, or whether it was even necessary.

The last she saw of the Stall Owner was out in the woods, being handed a rather hefty looking amount of gold in a burlap sack. Her supposed father didn't even say good bye.

"Hey....wait...how do I know he was really my father?...." Lucy asked, grabbing a hold of the bars on the big, horse drawn cage. "I thought I had a father already....Papa..."

"It's okay, princess." Virgo said, sitting on her knees beside Lucy, still wearing her bikini. "It looks like we're both in for a world of punishment."

Lucy Heartfilia's father had made a number of enemies during his savage business days. Any one of them would have paid good money to take their anger out on his daughter...

In a way, Lucy herself was a key. The most important key of Fairy Tail's story. Without her, the guild would fall to the next big enemy they faced. It was destiny, after all, that brought her to Fairy Tail, not knowing how her mother and her past intertwined with everyone else's. Natsu missed her more then he ever thought possible, and never fought with the save ferociousness again, knowing she was gone.
