For a sleepover

“I’ve wanted to ask you something!” She said energetically. “Can I visit for a sleepover?”

You hesitated for a second not really sure what to say. On one hand you thought it was a great idea. She was your girlfriend after all. But on the other you had a feeling your parents wouldn’t be so open to the idea.

“Erm-“ you say buying for time. “I guess so. I’ll have to check with my parents but I’m sure they will be ok with it. You are my girlfriend after all.”

“Ok! Does tomorrow at six work?”

“Sure Mika. I’ll see you then” you say.

After talking for another half an hour, you say your goodbyes and hang up. A brief thought tells you to tell your parents now about Mika coming tomorrow. But you push it to the back of your mind.
