Follow Fumiko to her room

"Um, yeah ... I'm coming." I said, fixing the eyes of her brother as I passed him, and asking him, "Would you have a problem with me borrowing a few clothes of yours?"
"N-no, if Fumiko promised you that, then I will not stand in the way." Fumito cleared the way for me and I followed Fumiko to the stairs that led upstairs. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Fumino coming out of the warehouse and smiling at me with some sort of curiosity in her eyes.
The apartment above the store was typically Japanese. behind a small entrance we came into a relatively large room, which was laid out with tatami and a low table standing right in the middle. From this room the other rooms went off. Fumiko led me to her room.
"Wait a minute, I'm just picking up the stuff, I think a shirt and a pair of pants should suffice..."
I looked around the small room. There was a futon bed in the corner, a desk under the window overlooking a garden, a bookcase on the wall filled with manga and textbooks, and a wardrobe. The wardrobe was open.
