„Well, thanks, Greg,“ you say and gently touch his shoulder, „I guess I will have too wait for Rocks next step. But I’m grateful for your advice and I believe it will help.“

„Thanks newbie,“ Greg replies and smiles clam, „It’s nice to be respected sometimes. Respect is a strange thing. Some people your age have no respect when they should and some people my age demand respect when they don‘t deserve it.“

„When you say your age what do you mean then?“ you ask and nudge him in the side, „you are not a gray haired old man who screams at children playing in the neighbors garden.“

„No, but not far from that either,“ Greg mumbles amused, „and I’m much too old for you too. so don’t flirt with me, you naughty girl. It‘s hard to resist you when I’m drunk like now. Maybe I should give you the number of my son. He could use a girl like you.“

„Why should I go for your so, when I have the original right in front of me?“ you ask seductive and joking.

For some reason Greg decides to not let it end here. Before you can react he grabs your head and presses his lips on yours. You are too surprised to react until he lets you go. A few guys around give you two surprised looks.

„Happy now?“ Greg ask and grins „now go and spent the night with someone your age, newbie! That’s an order!“

„Sir, yes, sir,“ you answer and salute as a joke.

You leave and let Greg with his drink behind. You know he is too old and still doesn‘t likes you as a police officer. But for some reason, kissing him didn’t felt as bad as you thought. You are so deep in your thoughts that you hardly realize the barkeeper talking to you.

„Sorry, I couldn’t hear you,“ you say a little confused, „what did you said?“
