Flashback

Three years back, you first saw surbhi. You'd say it was love at first sight but it was more than love. You have had crush on many (out of your league) girls. But it was the first time you felt the courage to talk. You went to talk very confidently. As you reached closer, she saw you and smiled. It was the most beautiful smile you've ever seen, for it was for you. This made you nervous and you chickened out.

It was just a few months back when you first talked to her. You go to the same college as her. She is on the swim team and helps the beginners train. You are an average swimmer but want to learn more to compete for the college team. You see her there, teaching the beginners. You go to her and say "Hello there, could you help me. I am stuck on my speed and cannot improve, could you please check if my technique is ok?".

"I can help you with that" said Varun, your college aquatics team captain. "If you don't mind, I'd rather learn from her" you say. He gives an angry look. "It's ok varun, I'll teach him", surbhi says.

After half an hour, you get out of the pool, change your clothes and come to her.

She: You have good technique, but seem to lack the stamina. We can work on that. You might have some good potential.

You: Would you like to go out with me for pizza or coffee?

She: (surprised) Ahem. Now? I can't, I got to help the beginner kids.

You: When will you get free?

She: Why did you want to learn from me? Why not someone else.

You: I'll tell why. Because you are the most beautiful girl I've seen in my life. Back when I saw you the first time, I felt a connection. Even right now, I feel an impulse that we are both following. So that gave me the right to come in and ask you out. Otherwise I never would have felt that I had the right to talk to you or say anything to you. I never would have had the courage to talk to you.I know that I am right. Do you feel that way?
