First thing... the gym

I wake up early the next morning feeling invigorated from the action the night before. After all this cuckold fantasy it felt good to have the upper hand last night. Helen is still asleep in bed. I take a minute to lie there and just watch her, sleeping peacefully in bed with the early morning sun casting a soft yellow hue across her face, highlighting her hair and making her skin glow - she really is very beautiful woman and I feel blessed to be married to her.

I choose not to wake her up. Feeling energetic, I slip gently out of bed and I get dressed as quietly as I can, which means that every sound is magnified 10 world in my head, although I must be quiet because Helen remains asleep.

I slip out the door and head down to the gym, arriving just after 7 to find the place deserted. I head over to a treadmill and start my warm up on there. I have been running for 5 minutes and can feel my legs starting to loosen up and am pondering how to continue to develop Helen's submissive side when Maggie strolls in.

She says hi as she jumps on the treadmill next to me and starts up. I give her a couple of minutes to find her rhythm before starting a conversation "Hope you didn't think we were being rude last night taking a pass"

"Not a problem. You looked like you were on a mission" smiling "you have a good time?"

"Yeah" and then a thought struck me "you said the other night that you liked to dominate women and that you had done it a lot", receiving a confirmation and a curios sideways glance, "I had some fun with Helen last night along those lines, and wondered if you had any tips"

"Sure, lets grab a coffee after our workouts and we can discuss it" before she jumped off and started on the weights. We both completed our separate routines and in the process of watching her I was impressed by what she could do. She is one fit lady, that was for sure.

I finished first and ended up waiting for Maggie who eventually finished up around 8.30. By now both the gym and the restaurant were filling up so Maggie suggested that we go back to her cottage to discuss "You don't want to be overheard I take it?" so we grabbed coffees to go and headed back.

We walked in to find Andy sat in the lounge area in their cottage, chilling out reading a book waiting for Maggie. He was really casual as if it was normal for your wife to bring a stranger back to your hotel room first thing in the morning. Maggie answered the unspoken question "John is just starting to dominate his cute wife and is looking for some pointers"

Andy, laughing "Well he's certainly come to the right place for that. I'll tell you what, I'll leave you to it and go and get some breakfast" and then to me "It will be a good investment of effort. She'll make a sexy ****" and with that he is out the door.

Maggie turned to me with a glint in her eye...
