First Encounter

"Everyone fan out," Spike ordered as his minions scattered. "Lock our prey in their rooms, we will go after them one at a time."

Spike smiled as everyone ran to do their jobs. He was enjoying himself immensely, the power was out, the high school students terrified, and somewhere a Slayer awaited him.

"Spike ..." a weak voice said nearby.

His expression immediately changed as he turned around, "Yes my love."

Drusilla smiled at him, "This is fun, but I want someone to play with."

"Of course mistress," Spike told her as he bowed his, he never turned her down. "I will bring you someone ... or someones ... right away."

"Bring me ..." Drusilla said as she twirled her hair looking up at the roof, her eyes showing a lost vacant look as she saw things no one else could. "Bring me, something pretty."

Spike smiled as he stalked off into the darkness.
