Finding Adriana

Just in front of the main entrance to the runway you found the noisy crowd of models moving towards the backstage area, that was already all set for the following show day.

You spotted Lais, but she was too far but in the loud chatter of the other girls so she didn't hear you asking where Adriana was and what was happening.

Your girlfriend was one of the last to come out, still with Martha. She greeted Irina with the usual cheek kisses, and seeing them together you could get why sometimes people confused one for the other: almost same eight, similar body structure, both blue-green eyes.

She asked her why she missed the group photos, and Irina explained she had a bit of nausea this morning, because of the pregnancy, and that she didn't realise she used the men's bathroom until you found her there. Adriana didn't know about the baby, and being a mother herself she told the younger model to call and ask her anytime and at every hour if she needed advices or help.

And you knew she meant it, it wasn't only a polite thing you say in the moment coming from her.

Then she asked if she could touch her belly over the shirt, and that adorable dork even blew a kiss to it. Irina left us and went with the other girls, while Adriana was still there in front of you, staring at each other with a smile on your faces (her being cute, you like an idiot); both wanting to show our affection and knowing it wasn't appropriate in her, now ours, work place.

You ask "So... where are you all girls going?"

Adriana replies "Oh we are going to the changing area, backstage: we can't put on the shoes and the wings for the show with these clothes, so we all brought ours. Well Jenny (her publicist/factotum, who was already calling her from backstage) has mine, now I should go. You can't come inside, the other girls are changing too. See you in a few minutes, love."

Your girlfriend moved to kiss you on the cheek, but she changed her mind halfway and went for the lips.
