Fin Phantom, Lady Shade's brother

Fin Phantom was a fit man at the age of 22, which would make any young maiden fall for him... Which was also his asthetic.

His costume was a black maske with eyeholes cut out to show his fierce (though not beautiful) gentelmanly eyes, him clad in all black similar to that of some sort of british army officer with a black cape his logo of a ghost on his chest.

On his side were his gadgets a large stun revolver, and an officer's sabre on his brown gadget belt.

His powers were Ghost!(who wouldv'e guessed) meaning he could walk through walls, turn invisible, and had silent footsteps though despite this his conteadicting officer's attitude frankly nearly made these pointless as he favored a duel than an ambush.

He was a gentleman (or gentleman thief maybe) in all trades, treating his enemies... Even his hag of a sister with respect, bowing to his enemies after defeating them and saving damsels in distress giving roses to them as he left the crime scene.

Like his taunting hag sister pig, he was also skilled in deduction, analysis, etc.

He glared at his taunting smug sister on the other line, as he waited to get his mission.
