Harley quickly turns towards one of her soldiers in the room and says, "Quick! I need a car in uptown Gotham, following that red-headed whore now!" Harley shouts at her soldiers while pointing at Vicki on the TV as they all quickly scatter to do what she wants. Harley then stops one of her soldiers running to do what she wants and says, "Not you. Get my lieutenants to the meeting room. Tell them it's about a new plan I have." Harley explains as the soldier she stops runs off quickly.
If Harley were going to kidnap her, She'd need to know her schedule so they can plan around it and make sure when to perfectly time the grab. So to do so, They'll need to figure out where she lives and find anything they can use against her. "News flash Vicki, Time to see what my cock taste like!" Harley thinks with a sinister look on her face as she makes her way to her lieutenant's room.
Ever since Harley rose to great power in Gotham, She knew that she needed to offhand some of the work so that she wouldn't be overwhelmed while also having more time to play, So as a result, Harley had four main lieutenants she could look to for help. As a result of her joining up with Sofia, She also knew that she would be getting more.
But her four main lieutenants for the time being consisted of Abby, Pain, Kendall, And Reina. She found them all while she was first rising to power, and they haven't left her side ever since. And now, thanks to the new partnership, It would be possible for THEM to also have lieutenants of her their own to count on so that they wouldn't get overwhelmed along with Harley herself gaining a multitude of new people to count on.
But if Harley was going to go through with what she was planning, then she couldn't go about this without their help, and so she plans on having a meeting with the original four, So she makes her way to her gang's meeting room where she called the meeting and opened the door to see.
