“Fuck off,” Dago said, turning around with the intent on leaving.

Hanniel said something Dago didn’t understand, but he found that his legs were frozen in place. Hanniel came at Dago, wings spread. Dago threw his hands in front of his face and chest, trying to block. Hanniel raised a flaming sword that Dago hadn’t seen before. Dago raised his fist and punched the angel as hard as he could in the chest. Hanniel hung back for a moment, apparently in pain. Dago found his legs were moving again and got the fuck out of there.

He jumped over the railing and saw two places he could go. He saw a large front door, remembering it was still nighttime, but there was another door. He wasn’t sure where it lead.
