In this alternate history, things have rather stayed much the same compared to ours. However, all humans with two X chromosomes are born with a deficiency, leaving them unable to control the bodily waste. Because of this, diapers have advanced in technology and use.

Instead of being seen just as an undergarment for infants, diapers and other baby related items are seen more as women's clothing and products centered towards girls. All females don't wear pants over them or wear a skirt but still letting the padding be seen. For men, it's a social norm to take care of the women in their lives, be it their wives and/or daughters, and treat them like infants or toddlers if they so wish. Notably, women here have a very active sex drive and will commonly demand that they be fucked by anyone, anytime and anywhere.
