Exploring our feelings

It was late evening and we are together in bed, cuddling, both feeling the afterglow of having had an amazing sexual experience that day. We have both been quiet most of the day processing what has happened.

"What did you think of today?" Helen tentatively asked "Was it a good experience?"

I had been spending much of the day thinking about this. There was no doubt that I enjoyed the sexual thrill of it all, but I was a bit shocked at what had occurred and remained concerned about how this might change our relationship.

"It was a thrill, if I'm honest. It was definitely one of the most intense sexual experiences I have had. But I am concerned about what it means for us and our relationship. I don't want our love for one another to change"

"I know what you mean. I guess it's important to know whether we are doing this for a sexual thrill, comfortable that it's not going to change our relationship. Or whether we want to stop now, and not have that sexual experience. I agree that I don't want to jeopardise our relationship"

"So what do you think. You seem to be driving this at the moment"

"Well to be honest, I lot of it is Rachel's ideas. Her and Bob have apparently played these type of games for years and they do it to make sure their relationship doesn't go stale. It seems to work for them"

"I can see that. Do you lust after Rachel"

Laughing "Why do you want me to?"

"She was doing a good job of seducing you today?"

"Yes, she was... I think she's hot, it was fun... I was happy to explore... okay"

"Okay, and yes she is hot. So what do we do?"

"I think that anything that keeps our love life at a 10 is a good thing. If, and I think we can do this, we can ensure it doesn't affect our love for one another."

A pause whilst I picked my words "I enjoy the idea of keeping our sex life dialled up to 10. I am concerned that some of this stuff is quite humiliating for me, and that you may think less of me."

"That could never happen" Helen rolling to face me, one hand reaching up to touch my cheek "I absolutely love and adore you. You are the kindest, most loving man I have ever met and I am going to be with you forever. I would like to continue to surprise and tantalise you. If it goes to far, we can stop anytime, but it is fun for me to plan and play out these fantasies for you.... and you do seem to like it... I have never seen you come like that before"

A longer pause "I agree. I don't know why but I am enjoying the thrill. But if I become uncomfortable, we stop, agreed?"

"Absolutely, my love."
