Explain to Sarah what you are doing and ask for her help.

You send a text message "Hi Sarah. I really am sorry for walking in on you. This might sound weird but on the way home I had this idea to try wearing diapers. To better understand what it's like for you. So I bought some and put one on but I don't think I've done a very good job of it."

The reply comes quickly. "OMG. You really did that? You are so sweet. Send me a photo and I'll tell you if you've put it on right."

After a few attempts, you manage to snap a clear photo of your diaper and send it to Sarah.

She immediately calls and talks you through retaping your diaper so that it fits better.

"Thanks" you say. "It feels a lot better now."

"I hope I can see your padded bum in person tomorrow." She says cheerfully. "Goodnight Daniel."

"Goodnight Sarah." You hang up and pull your pants on over the diaper. It's a bit of a squeeze.

You put your shoes back on and throw your underwear into the bag with the diapers then rejoin Stephen.

Doing your best to ignore the fact you are diapered, you enjoy evening with your friend until you start to feel the need to pee.
