Exodus Jump

During WW3 the Exodus Jump stations were relatively uninvolved, and served almost exclusively as way points for gathering and shipping prisoners to mars. As such the facilities themselves are quite clean and well maintained.

The stations are still used for logistical exchanges between the surfaces of earth and the moon, but the Earth Federation is spending more time these days on restructuring the governments of the world than they are on controlling the void of space.

Exodus Jump 01 was the first, and is also the smallest. It has mostly been converted into a lab facilities, since experiments pertaining to space are best done in zero gravity environment. However, only technicians with the highest levels of security clearance get stationed here and as a result this has also become the rumored facility for Federation experiments that would be considered inhumane by the masses, but there is no documented proof for this.

Mining operations on the moon are a major source of authority for the Federation and Exodus Jump 02 became the main hub for the logistical needs of deep space. The main core of the station was given a complete retrofit to handle the cargo exchanges and was even moved a few thousand miles closer to the moon to make it easier to plan shuttle movements between two moving celestial bodies the station is not in a geostationary orbit and instead moves in relativity to the moon.

Exodus Jump 03 might have been started along side ExoJ 02, but the project scope was massive and the station dwarfs the other ExoJ stations. There are several particle accelerator reactors, but instead of being the widest rings of the station they are the smallest. At close to 50 miles in diameter there is an actual city in one ring and there are several more dedicated to farming. All over them have a centrifugal gravity effect close to earth's and this station serves as the governance center for the Earth Federation.

When various mining operations in the belt turned pirate the Federation began the hasty creation of a Space Masha l **** to protect their intrests, but the red tape delay prevented the marshals from being very effective when it would have made the most difference. With the outbreak of war the Marshals were pulled back from the belt entirely and employed in the outer atmosphere of earth. Since then the marshal **** is slowly evolving into an established branch of military with their HQ being Exodus Jump 04.

Exodus Jump 05 remains as functionally eclectic as the original designs were intended, but that has converted the station into something of the worlds most elite university and degrees pursued here require a doctoral thesis to be complete before a scholar might receive an invite to join this acadamy. Studying in space gives new ground to unique lessons that cannot be attempted on earth. Because of this ExoJ 05 has a close relationship with ExoJ 01, and is practically required to attend before even being considered for a career on ExoJ 01.
