Exercise

M4:STEP 1 WALKING .

M4 dragged Sonic to the gym room were the only thing that was there was a platform.

M4:MISS ROUGE I NOTICED YOUR WALKING WAS NOT VERY LADY LIKE WE NEED TO FIX THAT .

Sonic :I am not Rouge .

But M4 ignored it and a tape to his mouth so he wont speak ,the M4 glued Sonic hands to his hips and hand cuffed his legs so he can only do little steps, then he was placed on the platform and started to move .After a while a wall appeared behind Sonic and spikes came out, then the platform was starting to move faster ,Sonic was terrorized and started to run but whit very tiny step but the speed was enough to maintained with the platform speed.

After 2 hours of non stop running ,M4 freed Sonic, he was very tired.

Sonic :ah ah I need a break.

M4:THERES NO TIME YOU NEED TO GO TO THE NEXT STEP.
