Examine passages I, II and III.

You decide to examine the passageways with the Roman numerals above them. Each one leads down a short tunnel carved into the grey stone. You can see, in the distance, a portal at the end of each tunnel.

In tunnel I the portal shimmers with green light, and through it you can just about see a dense forest and lots of trees and ferns.

In tunnel II the portal seems to be surrounded by pure blackness. Through it you can see a night sky with a few bright stars.

In tunnel III the portal shimmers with a yellow light, and through it you can make out a darkened room with a few bookshelves.
