Which was how most of the villains were locked up in the various prisons, with power neutralizing technology. Which could keep them in... most of the time. However, supervillains always find a way to escape their bonds. They have no where to run or to hide. At least on this Earth. Owlman, the counterpart of Batman, had discovered Luthor's dimensional tech and recreated it. Hiding the schematics in his databases, in his lairs.

Which is where our story begins. For one or more villains have escaped their bonds and sought a way to escape. Like the Quantum Trigger, sending them to a world were they would be hunted less and/or could build back their careers. So which villain or villain has used the trigger to escape? Which world? And what happens next?
