Bill Ward did a lot of big breast stuff, cartoons like Sizzle, and the women for aunt. or the Evil orgnaztion R.A.P.E. He also did some dominat women stuff and some fethish stuff. He also did male dom stuff. The men in the comics all ways had HUGE dicks...I mean HUGE. Mostly a pin up artist

His comic were family buisness (Story about a family with Dominat wives) Giantess stories (about a planet of women that made men look like midgets or just nastual tall men. Very dominative.
