Enforcer

Due to the widespread crime spree activity, as well as heightened violent occurences in San Paro due to the implementation of the City Security Act, you've been called in from out of town as a tech support/consultant for the Enforcer organizations. Mayor Derren herself has granted you carte blanche access to city systems, including cameras, surveillance, and all other municipal infrastructure. The intention was solely for you to effectively implement ways to prevent criminal activity on prohibited grounds, but you're gonna use it however benefits you.

You're sent over to Prentiss HQ in the Waterfront district, as the Tigers seem to be in the most need of formal management and tech upgrades. Most of the higher ranking contacts in the group are rich-as-fuck college kids who are in San Paro for excitement and action. Where else would 20-somethings be legally free to brandish a full arsenal downtown, and use them in open streets?

The head of the Tigers, Orlenz' Moretti, shows you around the command complex. The orientation takes up a good portion of the morning, and lunch time soon arrives, with you being invited to a welcoming luncheon along with a few other trainees eager to get into the fight. After eating a simple meal, you're free to explore the surrounding area, go on patrol, or request a formal placement.
