You decide to open Sara's conversation with Emma, to see the kinds of things they say to each other. Maybe they even talk about you.

To your quick disappointment, you find the conversation to be pretty ordinary. There are only a couple dozen messages from the last few weeks. Understandable, considering they live together. The only standouts in that amount of time are a handful of messages from Sara asking to have the room to herself for a few hours. The implications of that excites you. There were likely times when Sara was inches away from you, on the other side of the wall, getting it on, and you had no idea.

Before the term began, there were much more messages between the two of them; getting to know each other, coordinating what to bring to college, pretty ordinary stuff. All the same, it was still exciting for you to be looking into their private conversation uninvited.
