Your dad tells you to go outside to the courtyard at the back of the garden, which will take a while as your garden is more like a field, its massive.

You head outside and the brightness and heat of the sun hits you, its so hot. You walk past the pool, the hot tub and the tennis court, through the gardens and finally to the courtyard.

You don't see anyone until you look round and then see;

"Hey Emily." You say, you've met her a few times and spoke to her once but you don't know her that well.

"Hi John, ready?" She asks.

You smile and she takes your hand and takes you to the small gazebo, where there is a form for you to sign. Which the pair of you do. "Is there no ceremony?" You ask.

"Nah they don't do that anymore." She tells you. "So how do you feel all of this is yours." She says.

"Yeah the house and the gardens is quite big." You say.

"No John." She says and steps back. "All of this." She says presenting her body to you.
