Early morning at the cheap motel

Tom's story, this chapter is also told in third person as you are not in it.

Tom wakes up and can still smell Lui's scent in the room and especially on the bed sheets. He is up early as he wasn't drinking much and Lui didn't drink at all due to her upcoming match. He got to know her better over dinner. She is studying accounting. Tom's Dad owns several auto dealerships and she can be a great match. He has never felt this way about a girl. She is quiet and he knows he can be loud. She is serious and he has been able to study better this past week, thinking it will impress her. He needs to continue to strengthen his friendship with Jon as Jon's Aunt is a judge who can help him get his license back.

Kevin is a cool friend. Maybe if things continue on with both of them dating Woocott girls, he can get his dad to sell Kevin something a little newer and really cheap. The van is functional and the friends have had many adventures in it since Kevin turned 16 and his Uncle let him borrow it often before selling it cheap six months ago. Kevin loves it but knows the van is older and wearing out. Tom has no problem paying the higher gas bills and helping pay for repairs (well parts, the guys are handy enough with tools and borrow Tom's dad's shop). Kevin is a master with a camera, maybe he can do some advertising work in exchange for a better ride.

The three things Tom likes most about Lui is that he is taller, (he is only 5"4" tall, she is under 5'), He is older (She just turned 18 he turned 18 the past June) and they both ended their night with mutual 'I love you's last night. It is only 7:00. Tom thinks he should have brought a book to study. Wait... (study???) What the Fuck?!? That girl is a strong influence. She will call him at 8:00. He should call his cousin Erica and see if he can get a ride to Woocottville in time for breakfast. He wants Erica (who is a little like an older sister to him-they are both only children) to meet Lui.
