Drive to Prom
John took Mei to his car, helping her in like a gentleman. But she waved him off.
“Do I have to remind you, Mei?” John said.
Mei sighed, “Thank you.” She let him help her into the car. They drove in near silence the entire time. John could tell the plan wasn’t going like he thought. He needed a way to get her to relax and unwind.
It wouldn’t be fun if she didn’t act like a date.
