Dracula prepares an outing
Dracula smiled, his pale lips curled into a grin, it was time for the meeting with his scout. Under normal circumstances, he would arrange to meet later during the night but this individual required something different, he would be weaker and more **** but the mortal didn’t need to know that. The Vampyr King then began to summon a small storm to block out the sun over New York, it would take some time but he knew going out during the day would allow him something in advantage as current media specifically detailed that his kind couldn’t roam about in the daylight hours. He would rest and bide his time until his spell was complete. After all, it was only last month that he acquired his current asset although Vlad had to make sure he was reliable. Off to the side, Raven opened one eye, as she rested in her own coffin for her pre-dusk hours with her love.
“Master?” Raven inquired, “why am I accompanying you this afternoon?”
“I may require your assistance,” Vlad informed his bride.
Raven smiled and closed her eyes, then drifted off to sleep with sexual satisfaction, her love never disappointing in bed.
“Now, what shall my next move be?” Dracula mused to himself.
He personally didn’t know the length of time his thrall would take in the construction of his blood collector machine not there was any better time to it. Just then the voice of his servant, Destiny, got his attention, “Lord Dracula, your quarry Susan Storm-Richards has a child, and he will be a major threat to you. It would be wise to remove him as quickly as possible.”
“I shall that under advisement, Ms. Adler,” her King acknowledged.
“Although he is a child, he has power that is not to be trifled with,” elderly vamp-seer warned.
“You say he is a child?” asked the amused ruler.
“Yes, Lord Dracula,” responded Destiny.
“Dracula fears no child!” the nosferatu scoffed arrogantly.
“Be that as it may, m’lord,” she continued, “His power if controlled by himself or your enemies will be your undoing.”
Vlad Tepes just lied in his coffin in contemplation and sighed; once he has completed their move to the Baxter Building, he will look into this potential threat that Irene has most graciously pointed out to him. Although he was skeptical about a mere child, but he was sure to find out before long. Sitting up, the King of the undead then knew it was time to move, Vlad shifted his weight and climbed out of his coffin just when his bride opened her eyes.
“Are going now, my love?” Raven questioned her master in reverence.
Dracula glanced down at her, “Yes.”
The shape-shifting bride smiled as she too sat up and climbed out of her coffin upon the floor of the cavern as to accompany her Master as requested.
“Now, Raven, I have need of your natural shape-shifting,” Dracula ordered, “where we go now, your natural appearance will garner undo attention.”
Raven nodded, “Yes, my Love.”
The last thing Raven wanted was to hinder her master’s plans and so began her change, her hair went from red to brunette and became wavy, while the shape of her body became more endowed. Her skin changed from blue to the color and complexion of her Master. She then changed pieces of her actual skin into clothes and looked to her Master for his approval and he nodded.
Dracula motioned for his bride to follow him as they exited the lair into afternoon air. Vlad could see that the dark clouds covering the sun and knew that the time had come. The meeting at Rockefeller Center will go as planned.
"Milord, beware," called a voice from behind, "Doctor Strange may notice the weather.”
The king and his concubine finally left for his rendezvous.
